Utility Billing

Click on our City of Menomonie Community Payment Portal to pay your bills online! You are also able to set up auto payments for a convenience fee. 

Utility bills are mailed out 4 times each year (January, April, July, and October).  They are mailed by the 1st of each month, and due on the 20th of that same month.

Payment Methods

The following forms of payment are accepted: 

• Cash
• Check
• Money order
• Credit card payment (available online with a convenience fee charge) 
• Automatic payments from your checking or savings - get set up as an automatic payment customer by completing the Utility Direct Payment Plan and Authorization Form (PDF) for no added fee.
