Parking Permits

Current city parking permits are expiring on May 31st, 2023.  This letter is a reminder to renew with the City of Menomonie Treasurer’s Office before the end of May.  The parking enforcement will give a grace period of 3 working/business days before issuing tickets.

The Parking Utility Commission passed a motion at their meeting on April 19, 2022 to approve the following information on this page.

Rates

  • Annual Day Permits: $350 Year (4 Month Permits $116.67)
  • Annual 24-Hour (Overnight) Permits: $450 (4 Month Permits $150)

No discounts are issued.

  • Lot 1 - 400 Block of Wilson Avenue East behind The Abbey
  • Lot 2 - 300 Block of Wilson Avenue by AT&T Telephone Company - Metered/Daily Permits
  • Lot 3 - 400 Block of Wilson Avenue by Congregational Church - Daily Permits 
  • Lot 6 - 100 Block of 6th Avenue (corner of South Broadway and 6th Avenue) - Metered/Daily Permits
  • Lot 7 - 500 Block of 2nd Street E and also located 500 Block of South Broadway between the Pub and Marion Property Management - Daily Permits
  • Lot 9 - 700 Block of Main Street across from Associated Bank
  • Lot 11 - 600 Block of 2nd Street West
  • Lot 12 - 500 Block of 2nd Street West behind the Menomonie Theatre Guild - Daily Permits   
  • Lot 14 - 400 Block of 4th Street One-way street with diagonal parking - Daily Permits
