We continue each day to move forward in our transition to our new software program (CIVIC).
Among other things, we are getting ready for employees to have access. YAYY!! 🎉🪅
As part of the web portal, the employee will be able to retrieve your pay stubs, and W-2s, and make personnel change requests such as name, address, contact information, direct deposit, and W-4 election changes for both state and federal.
CIVIC will send you a "Welcome" email at the end of October. This Welcome email will have a link for you to follow to establish your account. Where you will create a login and password.
The City has plans to provide all employees (except for Seasonal) with email accounts in 2025 unless they are part of a unique entity with their own IT. For now, we are requesting your emails so CIVIC can get you set up and send you the important "Welcome" email.
*We can change the private emails to work emails in 2025 when everyone has one. *
*If you are part of the finance/payroll/Supervision roles for the timesheet approval process - Please use your work email. This will send reminders out when time off requests and timesheet approvals are pending. *
Please have your email information to your supervisor or direct admin no later than September 4th, 2024.
Supervisors and admins- Please combine your lists of names and emails and send them to me on or before September 6th, 2024.
